Returning players now have access to a bunch of apartments scattered around Night City. Given the two places V already had access to, how do these new apartments compare in terms of looks and quality? Here’s how V’s apartments rank against each other inCyberpunk 2077.

Updated July 05, 2025 by Jake Fillery:The best apartments in Cyberpunk 2077 will see V make home across all of Night City, increasing their legend status and Street Cred as they desperately seek out a cure alongside the relic, Johnny Silverhand. Cyberpunk 2077’s best apartments showcase the very best of Night City, allowing players access to great areas of the map, as well as ease of access to some interesting functions, relationships, and of course, Phantom Liberty’s Dogtown. This list contains every apartment in Cyberpunk 2077, along with price and functions found within.
How To Purchase New Apartments
After completing Act 1 and returning to V’s Apartment at the beginning of Act 2’s Playing For Time quest, players will freely unlock the entirety of Night City, along with new apartments to purchase. Players do not need Street Cred to complete other quests to unlock apartments that are purchased with eurodollars, but other apartments are only accessed through romancing companions or completing their quests.
Players can purchase new apartments from V’s computer located in Megabuilding H10 by heading to the EZ Estates website on the Net. This will give players a range of choices for apartments, along with different customization options. However, if players don’t want to use the Net, they can still head out into Night City and purchase these apartments located on the map.

11Kutcher’s Home
River’s Trailer Home Which Is Too Small & Basic
Just outside of Night City, players can find a small and humble trailer park. The neighbors are nice, and the trailers are home to the Kutcher family, which consists of Joss and her children, Dorian and Monique. Inside the Kutcher’s Home, players will see a delicate and small place to live, but it’s nice enough if they have romantic interest in River Ward, who will also live here.
Not only can players explore Joss’ eldest son, Randy’s trailer, but they can walk around and check out the sites in the Kutcher’s Home. It’s not the best place to live, and it’s a little too out of the way to be enjoyable, but one has to respect the humble home of River’s family.

10Dogtown Apartment
Free, & The Perfect Place To Lay Low Whilst Inside Dogtown
Located in Elizabeth Kress Street, players can get their hands on this free apartment so that they cankick their feet up in Dogtown, away from the bloodshed, gunfire, junkies, and Cyberpsychos that seem all too common within the lawless district. This Kress Street building is desolate, in ruins, and lacks a population due to the fact that Kurt Hansen declared it a no-go zone after multiple fires and deaths occurred here. This is exactly why it’s the perfect location for V to live if they want to spend time in Dogtown.
The Dogtown Apartment is less than great. There are barely any working lights, and there’s trash scattered throughout the apartment. There’s a generator that functions, but makes such a loud noise it’s hard to sleep. Players will see a grand amount of functions available to them, with even more accessible after they turn on the water supply.

9Aldecaldos’ Camp
Far From Night City, But With Family
One of the best things about living with the Aldecaldos is that they live modestly. They live outside of Night City, free from the polluted skies and streets and dangerous gang members. When living with the Aldecaldos, it can feel like home, even if they do not have the material possessions that most in Night City need to live.
Players can access two Aldecaldo camps with this Nomad clan throughout Cyberpunk 2077, but both locations are relatively the same. They have vendors here, like Ripperdocs, Medics, and Gunsmiths. Players can also stay here to a greater effect if they have romanced Panam Palmer.

8Northside Apartment
A Very Small Apartment With Entertaining Functions
At the bottom of the barrel is this cozy but rundown place in Northside. It’s no doubt the smallest of the apartments and has a distinct red vibe going on. The surrounding area is sort of a motel-style building, which further makes this apartment seem cheap and low quality. On the other hand, due to its size and the clutter, it does have a slight coziness to it. In true Northside fashion, it also has aslight Maelstrom feelgoing on at the computer station.
Players can interact with an arcade machine that comes with Roach Race in this apartment, but other than that only the basic amenities are provided. As such, even though it’s the cheapest, it ranks lower in terms of appearance and location, even beyond V’s default apartment located in Watson.

7Judy’s Apartment
A Nice Apartment That Comes With Chilling Memories
After Judy leaves for North Oregon to meet up with her grandparents and leave Night City for good, she will gift her apartment to V. However, if players have romanced Judy, they can still find her here, waiting for V. Judy’s apartment isn’t the nicest place to live, especially with what happened to Evelyn Parker here.
Judy is a tinkerer and a true talent with machines, so things can get a little messy with a bundle of gadgets and wires on her workstation. It’s a nice enough place to live, especially if players have romanced Judy, as living with her can add to thefun of Night City.

6V’s Apartment
The Default Apartment That Holds V’s Memorabilia
V’s default apartment is found in Watson and is a simple yet somewhat spacious nook. The view is quite nice, but stepping out into the hallway is miserable compared to some of the other apartments. On the bright side, what makes this apartment unique is that players can customize the colors and patterns for a price.
Moreover, this is the only apartment where players can gather memorabilia from their quests, which will further spice up the decor. Completing Nibbles' quest will also bring the little feline friend into V’s default apartment, so it’s easy to see why this might be better in many people’s eyes compared to the Northside apartment which just lacks space and personality.

5The Glen Apartment
A Stylish Penthouse For Those Who Love Heywood
The apartment in Glen may be among the fanciest in the game and consequently expensive, but it ranks below the Japantown apartment due to the lack of coziness and atmosphere. It feels a bit too barren and modern to really have that nice, cluttered, Blade Runner-style feel that the next apartment has.
That said, it does come with some unique features, such as a pool table and record player that players can interact with. Of course, the massive windows do providequite an impressive view, but besides that, the apartment lacks the personality that some of the other rentable ones have. However, Vs looking for a quick luxurious upgrade from their default place might like this spot.

4Kerry Eurodyne’s Villa
Embrace The Millionaire Lifestyle Thanks To Kerry Eurodyne’s Career & Friendship
If players want to live like a rocker boy, then they are going to want to sleep with a rocker boy. Having a romantic interest in Kerry Eurodyne will net them the ability to live in his pristine villa. Located deep into the cliffs of North Oak, players can feel both luxury and safety thanks to this expensive home from the famed musician and former Samurai band member, Kerry Eurodyne.
For added protection, this villa has many security bots that will roam the premises. It’s nice to live here, even if it’s a tad secluded from other people. However, that could be just what people need to enjoy life in Night City.

3Japantown Apartment
Coziness & Japanese Aesthetic Makes For A Darling Apartment
Despite being cheaper and smaller than the location in Glen, the Japantown apartment has a cramped coziness and that lovely Japanese-style feel that a lot ofCyberpunk 2077fans might fall in love with. It’s almost what V’s default apartment should have been like, with a unique shape and so much detail that memorabilia isn’t really needed.
This place really gives off somenice cyberpunk movie vibes. Better yet, there are some cool and unique interactions here, where V can play the guitar or burn some incense, which provides positive boosts.
2Corpo Plaza Apartment
For Those Who Love The Rich & Corporate Lifestyle
Once V really starts to hit the big leagues, the best upgrade is without a doubt the luxurious apartment found at Corpo Plaza. This place is so fancy that as players enter the building, they’ll pass through a security scan past a receptionist. It gives off menacing Arasaka and Konpeki Plaza vibes and is thebest thing any Corpo lifepath playercan dream of finding in the game.
There are even more interactions here, with players being able to use a record player and a tea set to drink team, as well as a fancy coffee machine. They can also sit down at the bar counter in the kitchen to smoke a cigarette or drink some whiskey, which further increases the immersion of this place.
