WhileCyberpunk 2077may have come a long way since its release, there’s plenty more work cut out for developer CD Projekt RED. Through a variety of updates both big and small, the CD Projekt Red seems to have regained some of the trust it lost due to releasingCyberpunk 2077in as rough of a state as it did.

With the latest Patch 1.52, which has just come out on all eligible platforms,Cyberpunk 2077continues trucking along its path of redemption, and players that are still having fun with the game should now be able to enjoy a more stable experience across the board.

While Patch 1.52 isn’t nearly as substantial aslast month’s massiveCyberpunk 2077Update 1.5, it does deliver a long list of fixes that mostly relate to the variety of progression stoppers that could’ve occurred in some cases. Gigs such as “Goodbye, Night City” should now progress as expected, while quests that had bugged NPC spawn/despawn routines seem to have been resolved. The patch notes list over a dozen specific questline fixes, allowing players that have been stuck at these stages of progression to finally continue the game.

Other, less prominent issues have now been resolved as well. Patch 1.52 seems to have alleviated a number of animation issues and clipping problems, such as the ones that could appear during Hidden Dragon aerial takedowns. Further, the problem with foliage not getting affected by weather should now be fixed as well. There’s been no mention of themysterious driverless car that followsCyberpunk 2077players, however, which means this bug may still pop up in some cases.

Console players may be thrilled to hear that the game should be even more stable on PlayStation 5, in particular, as CDPR seems to have fixed save file corruption that could happen in some cases while importing a PS4 save game. While all the listed fixes do not concludeCyberpunk 2077’songoing redemption story- particularly on console devices - Patch 1.52 does show that CDPR knows it’s not done with the game by a long shot.

In fact, CD Projekt RED’s recentWitchergame announcement specifically references the fact that aCyberpunk 2077expansion is still coming, confirming that the team won’t be leaving the game or its fans to contend with bugs for long. More updates forCyberpunk 2077should be coming in over the next couple of weeks and months, and DLC news shouldn’t be far out at this point, either.
