How To Get Hung Jury Scout Rifle

As mentioned above, the Hung Jury Scout Rifle can be earned fromNightfall Strikes. However, players can only acquire the gun one week at a time. Nightfall weapons such as Hung Jury are rotated out of the pool every week and don’t return until they become featured again five weeks later. It’s a very tedious process, especially for players trying to earn a specific gun but doesn’t have the time to run the activity that week.

That said, when the opportunity arises, the higher the difficulty the Nightfall is, the more likely the player is to earn the gun. Completing a Grandmaster version of the weekly featured Nightfall will guarantee the player a weapon drop.

With the method of obtaining the gun in hand, it’s time to discuss what rolls players should look for it.

What Is The God Roll For The Hung Jury?

The Hung Jury has been featured for several different seasons throughout Destiny 2. In Season of Defiance, it has returned once again with a new suite of perks for Guardians to enjoy.

For PvP activities, the God Roll players should look for is Rapid Hit and Box Breathing. Rapid Hit will grant increased reload speed for every precision hit on an enemy (stacks to five). On the other hand, Box Breathing gives the gun increased range and precision damage after aiming down sights for a few seconds. This combo is extremely lethal on longe-range maps such as Eternity, where there is a lot of open space for Scout Rifles to shine, as the gun will have nearly as much range as a Sniper Rifle, allowing the player to hit unsuspecting enemies from farther distances.

For PvE, Guardians should look for Shoot to Loot and a new perk called Kinetic Tremors. Shoot to Loot will pick up and automatically reload all weapons when the player shoots an ammo brick with the gun. Kinetic Tremors will emit a shockwave that damages nearby enemies after sustaining damage on a target. It doesn’t seem like a solid combo at first, but Kinetic Tremors actually has a unique interaction with Shoot to Loot. When a player shoots an ammo brick, the shockwave will also be emitted after shooting the brick multiple times. This, in turn, gives the Guardian more options to deal damage to enemies while gathering more ammo in the process.

As far as Barrel, Magazine, and Masterwork go, anything that can give the gun more handling and range will be best here. Therefore, Arrowhead Brake for the Barrel, Accurized Rounds for the Magazine, and a range Masterwork will be the best options to go for.

Destiny 2is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
