The official Twitter account for theDying Lightseries states that 3 million unique users playedDying Light 2 Stay Humanduring its opening weekend. The Tweet also mentions that Techland is thankful to all players who chose to experience the world ofDying Light 2on launch.

Dying Light 2came out on Friday, February 4 for consoles and PC. This means that 3 million users played the game within just 3 days of its launch. Even when accounting for game sharing, it’s safe to assume that opening weekend sales are not too far from 3 million, and this number has surely gone up since then. Techland will probably not release the exact split for each platform, but it’ll be interesting to see how many users decided to purchaseDying Light 2on last-gen consoles.

Some fans have responded to this Tweet by expressing their issues with the game. Many players reported problems when trying to playDying Light 2in co-op, and Techland is also looking to rectify motion sickness experienced by some users. Techland has releaseda big list of fixes forDying Light 2, but it may take the developer some time to implement all the changes. Hopefully, Techland can resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Those interested in purchasingDying Light 2should note that it comes with3 different graphics modes on PS5 and Xbox Series X. Players can choose between Resolution, Performance, and Quality modes; however, Xbox Series S only comes with 1 mode with 30 fps gameplay at 1080p.
