Elden Ringhas a lot ofgreat Incantationsthat all have different requirements to use. Having a lot of Incantations means that while some of these are used to deal damage to the enemy, others might be useful as supportive Incantations to heal or buff oneself and allies.
Flame, Cleanse Meis a supportive Incantation that is useful to stop status effect buildup on the player. This can be useful against a wide range of enemies and also in PvP against players who have created their whole builds around a specific status effect, like Bleed or Madness.
How To Acquire Flame, Cleanse Me Incantation
Afterdefeating Godrick the Grafted, you will come to a wholly new area, which isLiurnia of the Lakes. This is another massive area in the game, with a Legacy Dungeon right in the middle of the area.
Defeating Godrick is not necessary to reach this area asthere is an alternate routethrough Stormhill Shack in Limgrave.
On the eastern side ofLiurnia of the Lakes, you can make your way Northeast from theEastern Liurnia Lake ShoreSite of Grace to reach theEastern TablelandSite of Grace, which is below the elevator that takes you toAinsel River Well. From the newly lit grace, head southwest to spot an encampment surrounded by a wooden spiked fence, so you will have to look for an entrance. Once inside the encampment, there are a few enemies on either side that you can ignore and head to the corpse toward the south near some jars. This corpse has theFlame, Cleanse MeIncantation.
Incantation Requirements & Uses
The Flame, Cleanse Me Incantationrequires 12 Faith and 14 FPto use. To equip it, you must head to any Site of Grace and interact with it. There should be anoption to Memorize Spell, which will allow you to head on over to the Support Incantations and equip it to a single slot.
This Incantation is very useful as it allows the player to stopScarlet RotandPoison Buildup. This makesareas like theLake of Rotand other poisonous Caves easier to traverse through.
