Alongside the announcement,Evil Dead: The Game’stweetalso offered a look at a new playable character, confirming that Cheryl Williams will crop up in the multiplayer title. For those unfamiliar with theEvil Deadfranchise, Cheryl is Ash’s younger sister and a recurring character throughout the series' various entries. She made her debut in the firstEvil Deadfilm and has since turned up inAsh vs Evil Dead’ssecond season. It appears she’ll be able to battle demonic forces alongside Ash and the game’s array of iconic characters when the game launches.

The roster so far has come packed with names from all over theEvil Deadfranchise, includingEvil Dead: Army of Darkness’Lord Arthur andPablo fromAsh vs Evil Dead.Players will also be able to assume the role of the Kandarian Demon, attempting to devour the souls of Ash and his allies in PVP battles.
