The game also has collaborations with other fictional properties that have led to various events, liketheFall GuysGuestravaganza eventthat let players enjoy past costumes for a limited time from December 28 to January 3.After its initial release,Fall Guyshas continued to add a variety of new skins, costumes, and accessories to the game for players to customize their bean characters. Some of those have been costumes from other recognizable fictional properties and games, likeSonic the Hedgehog,Ratchet and Clank, andTim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Long Guy has already been added to theFall Guysgame store for players to purchase now. However, it hasn’t been confirmed if the skin is a permanent or limited-time addition to the game.There was also a teaser showing off Long Guy compared to the regular bean characters in a short cinematic video. The Twitter post showed the cost for the Long Guy skin that will come in two parts in the game. The upper half is called Long Top and will cost 1 Crown, while the lower half is called Long Butt and will similarly cost players 1Crown inFall Guys.
The general reception to the tweet has been mostly positive with many voicing their excitement to see Long Guy in the game. Various commenters have already started posting screenshots of their own customized Long Guy characters in the comments, some more humorous than others. A few have even posted some of their recent victories completingchallenges inFall Guyswith Long Guy. While others repeatedly mention that the developers could have named the new costume “Tall Guy” instead of Long Guy.
Following the official post, theFall GuysTwitter account has made a couple of new posts earlier today focusing on Long Guy. One was a post reminiscing about a previous teaser image for the reveal of Long Guy from last week. The second was a more comedic post showing Long Guy asLady Dimitrescu fromResident Evil Village. However, the purpose of that tweet was to remind players that the new Long Guy skin is still available in theFall Guysgame store.
