FortniteChapter 4 Season 3 added the jungle biome to the game, and this season is all about embracing it, hence the nameFortniteWILDS. While exploring the jungle, gamers will come across several mysterious temples and ruins, and they’re definitely worth investigating as they hold secret treasures inside.

It’s not as easy as it sounds, and to loot all of the treasure inside the temples, gamers must solve some puzzles first. This guide will focus on the Northern Ruin, a particularly tricky landmark inFortnite. Gamers will learn how to navigate inside and how to retrieve all the treasure in its secret rooms.
How to Enter the Northern Ruin
The Northern Ruin can be found on the northeastern end of Shady Stilts, next to the Tilted Tower clocktower. The Northern Ruin has several openings in the wall that allow gamers to look inside but not actually enter it. Gamers coming in from the wrong side might become confused with the structure’s layout.
To get inside the Northern Ruins, gamers have to come in from the west- this is where the actual entrance can be found. Then,they must sacrifice an item of Epic rarity or higher in order toget the temple door to open.
How to Seek Statue
To find the first puzzle in the Northern Ruin, take the second set of stairs on the left at the entrance. Then, they have to go up the stairs on the right, take a left, and lastly, go up the stairs on the left. Up ahead, they will find the first puzzle.
In this room, the door will tell the players they must “seek statue.“There are four statues in the room, and only one of them has the ability to open the door.
Unfortunately, it seems that there is no logic to this puzzle -it’s completely random. Gamers must interact with one of the statues, try their luck, and attempt to get it right. If they choose the wrong statue, its eyes will glow red, and a rift will open, sending gamers high into the sky. They must try again until they guess correctly.
There will be some treasure in the next room, but to go farther into the temple, gamers mustsolve the Flame Puzzle.
