Over the last six years,Fortnitehas continued to grow, both in terms of content and player count. And as that player count has grown,Fortnitehas been granted even more sway in the public consciousness, and more IPs have become willing to crossover with the beloved battle royale. WhileFortnite’s crossover potentialnow knows no bounds, with countless TV shows, movies, and even other video games lending their characters to the game, it wasn’t always this way, and Marvel was one of the first brands to seize the opportunity to mesh IPs.
At the time of writing, there are currently over 50 Marvel skins inFortnite, and while players have to wait for them to appear in the shop’s rotation, there are plenty of skins to choose from, covering the entire Marvel universe, from comics to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Avengers, the X-Men, the Guardians of the Galaxy - just about every big-name Marvel hero is already inFortnite, but there is a handful of characters that are still missing from the roster.

The Fantastic Four in Fortnite
Marvel’s original family,The Fantastic Fouris the only big Marvel team that hasn’t appeared inFortniteyet, even though the team’s arch-nemesis, Doctor Doom, has. There are plenty of opportunities for skins here, ranging from each member, Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, The Thing, and the Human Torch, appearing in their traditional blue and black outfits, to each team member wearing the sleek white and black Future Foundation suits.
Even More Fortnite Spider-Man Suits
Spider-Man is widely considered to be the most popular superhero on the planet, andFortnitehas seized every opportunity to bring him into the game. There are already a good few Spider-Man suits inFortnite, from the original comic book version to theSpider-Man: No Way Homeoutfit, to theZero Warcrossover comic outfit. But as any fan knows, there’s always room for a few more Spidey suits.
There are a plethora of different Spider-Man suits for Epic Games to choose from. There’s the classic Ben Reily Scarlet Spider hoodie outfit, to the neon Stealth Suit, to the Spider-Punk costume. WithSpider-Man: Across the Spider-Versedropping in just a few months' time, it’s the perfect opportunity for a new Spidey suit to make its way toFortnite, with both Miles' black and red suit, and Miguel O’Hara’s Spider-Man 2099 suit. This would also be the perfect opportunity to introduce another Spider-Woman alongside Gwen, being the original comic version, Jessica Drew.

More Fortnite X-Men Skins
The X-Men already have a pretty sizable showing inFortnite, with characters like Wolverine, Rogue, Gambit, Psylocke, Mystique, Domino, Deadpool, and even Cable all already appearing as skins in the game, but a few more X-Men skins wouldn’t go amiss. Despite being one of the core members of the team, Cyclops still hasn’t come toFortnite.Fan-favorite character Nightcrawleris also a notable omission from the roster, alongside another blue-colored hero, Beast.
More Fortnite Marvel Villain Skins
If there’s one areaFortnite’s Marvel roster is sorely lacking, it’s the supply of villains. Carnage, Venom, Green Goblin, Loki, and Thanos are all currently in the game, but that’s about it for Marvel villains. There’s still a slew of Spider-Man villains that could come toFortnite, from other Sinister Six members like Doc Ock, Scorpion, Electro, and Sandman, to more eccentric characters like Hobgoblin, Tombstone, and Kingpin. Other big-name villains like Magneto, Ultron, and Red Skull are also missing from the currentFortniteroster.Fortniteis about to have the perfect opportunity to bringKang the Conquerorto the game, withAnt-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniaright around the corner.
Fortniteis available for mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
