Genshin Impactupdate 2.3 will bring the double banner re-run, which means that there won’t be any new characters in the next three to four weeks. However, the banner will feature two very popular five-star characters, Albedo and Eula.

A recent tweet by a credibleGenshin Impactleaker named SaveYourPrimos has apparently revealed which weapons will be featured on the upcoming double banner. The banner will include the following weapons:
Song of Broken Pines is a DPS claymore, perfect for players who are looking to pull for Eula. Its passive buff increases both damage and attack speed which is the main thing to look for in a DPS weapon. Freedom-Sworn’s use is much more situational because its secondary stat, Elemental Mastery, can be utilized by just a couple of characters. The best character to use this weapon is probably Kazuha who could be a part of theupcomingGenshin Impactbanner re-runsin the following months.
Genshin ImpactVersion 2.3 will be the first update to include a double banner re-run, which means that players will have the option to choose between two five-star characters at the same time. The banner will arrive in the first cycle and it will feature two popular characters Albedo and Eula which means that players can already startgathering the rightGenshin Impactteam compositionfor these characters.
The double banner could be miHoYo’s way of compensating for the absence of a brand new five-star character in a banner cycle. The mechanics of the new banner are fairly simple. The 90-wish guarantee is spread between two banners meaning that if players fail to get Albedo after spending 40 wishes on h banner, spending another 50 wishes will grant a five-star drop. The same applies to the four-star 10-wish guarantee. According to theGenshin Impact2.3 Livestream, the new update will arrive on November 24.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
