AGenshin Impactfan creates an impressive concept inspired by two popular characters, Kamisato Ayaka and Nilou. The game’s community is known for creating various art pieces that often combine existing units from the game’s playable roster.
Genshin Impactkeeps expanding its pool of playable characters with almost every new update that arrives. Over the last couple of months, developer HoYoverse has introduced an interesting pattern of introducing the combination of one five-star and one four-star character in every update. The ongoing update has added two long-awaited Dendro characters, Alhaitham and Yaoyao.

Reddit user jtpredator has shared an impressive character concept that gathered a lot of attention onGenshin Impact’s official subreddit. The Redditor combined two playable units, Nilou and Ayaka, and created a brand-new character named Niyaka. The new character seems to be a sword user which makes sense considering that both Ayaka and Nilou have this weapon type. Even though Kamisato Ayaka is a Cryo vision holder, the art reveals that Niyaka hasNilou’s ability to control the Hydro elemental powers. Many fans in the comment section praise this concept claiming that at first, they thought the art was part of HoYoverse’s official announcement.
A couple of players stated that they would like to see a character that could control both of their elements which would allow them to constantly trigger Frozen, one of the strongestelemental reactions inGenshin Impactright now. Frozen can immobilize an enemy for a couple of seconds and allow players to reposition themselves and verify that the strongest attacks in their arsenal don’t miss the target.
Nilou is a Hydro user with a niche playstylethat revolves around the Bloom elemental reaction that can be triggered by combining Dendro with Hydro. Even one of Nilou’s passive talents turns the Dendro cores that are usually dropped by Bloom into Bountiful cores which have a much higher damage potential and explosion radius. The Dendro Archon Nahida is also a must-have character for this team comp as her elemental application cannot be matched by any other character in the roster.
Kamisato Ayaka is one of thebest DPS characters inGenshin Impact, especially in parties that rely on high elemental damage numbers. Her last banner appearance was back in update 2.6 which means that players can expect Ayaka to be featured on a Limited Character Banner in the upcoming months.
