AGenshin Impactfan has shared an impressive pair of sneakers whose design is inspired by two popular five-star characters, Hu Tao and Yoimiya. These characters are known as Pyro DPS units, making them very popular in the player base.
The world ofGenshin Impactrevolves around its roster, probably because the gacha-based system makes the playable units and their weapons the game’s main source of revenue. This is why many fans often attempt to recreate their favorite characters in various forms, from designing small Visions gadgets to creating real-life weapon replicas.

A Reddit user by the name of Captainjic has created a very impressive sneaker design in which the two shoes represent Hu Tao and Yoimiya, twofan-favorite Pyro characters in the game. The post was well-received in the community as the post reached over 1.1k upvotes on the official subreddit with many fans claiming that they can’t wait to see a real-life version of these sneakers. Captainjic is known for creating and sharing similar designs that always get a lot of attention in the community. The shoe placed in the left part of the design is inspired by the 77th Director of the Wangshent Funeral Parlor, better known as Hu Tao. The design is recognizable by the red plum blossom which can also be seen on the character’s iconic hat. Even Hu Tao’s character outfit is named Plum Blossom Bouquet.
The other sneaker is inspired by the famous Inazuma Pyro bow user Yoimiya. The upper part of the shoe features a goldfish which is also the shape of Yoimyia’s constellations. She was recently featured on the first banner of the currentGenshin Impactversion 3.7alongside another character from Inazuma named Yae Miko. This means that players who want to add her to their roster will probably have to wait a few months.
When it comes to her power on the field, Yoimiya’s playstyle revolves around dealing single-target damage which makes her the perfect character for prolonged boss fights. Unlike Yoimiya,Hu Tao’s playstyle is more complexsince she deals most of her damage while her HP bar is low. This means that players always need to be careful with this character and equip her with as many shields as possible.
Hu Tao’s last banner appearance was back in update 3.4 alongside the Hydro user Yelan. Even though HoYoverse has released several new characters since then, this double banner stillholdsGenshin Impact’s all-time revenue record.
