Talking to Aramis will initiate the Lingering Malady quest that requires people to look for posters and billboards in Mondstadt. Where to Look for Posters and Billboards in Mondstadt in Genshin Impact

Rewards for Finding the Billboards and Posters in Mondstadt
Players will earn 100 Adventure Rank EXP, 20,000 Mora, six Hero’s Wit, and three Northern Smoked Chicken for finding the posters and billboards in Mondstadt. While these may not be the most exciting prizes, they are reasonable offerings considering how quickly Lingering Malady can be completed.

As all posters and billboards in Mondstadt are located in high places, playersshould start their search from the Teleport Waypoint on top of the Knights of Favonius' HQ. From there, glide to the building in front of the headquarters before continuing to the lower part of Mondstadt. This way, players have to perform minimal climbing as they can hop from roof to roof.
