In response to a recent question about the server issue, for example, he stated that “it’s being worked on 24/7.” In a reply to another gamer asking about other future improvements, Pilestedt emphasized that servers are absolutely the priority at the moment and other fixes will be focused on later. The overall tone of these tweets appears to be encouraging and apologetic, seeking to reassure fans that their frustration is understood and that a solution is in the works.
