To begin with, we advise you to try to solve the problem by complying with the conditions.
Most likely, there are five families in your village at this stage, and you were able toprovide them with food, water, and homes. So, if this is the case, search your area for a starter tent and get rid of it. Some residents continue to live in this place despite the availability of empty and comfortable houses. Remove the tent and wait a couple of days for the family to settle in the house, and by realizing that this is a much more convenient place for life, they increase your Approval Rating to 50%.
