The quest tocreate the perfect settlementinManor Lordsrequires players to think strategically, spend many hours planning, and sometimes make difficult decisions. However, if your plan does not increase your Approval Rating, all your efforts are pointless. Every percentage of this indicator affects the attractiveness of your settlement for new families, and therefore, you want to increase it as much as possible.
you may often increase your Approval Rating by improving the living conditions of residents, but sometimes, your effort can be useless due to a trivial in-game error. ManyManor Lordsplayers are stuck at a 48% Approval Rating, so we are here to help you solve this problem.

Manor Lords: Fixing Stuck at 48% Approval Rating
First of all, it is worth noting two reasons why you may be stuck at 48% Approval Rating inManor Lords:
To begin with, we advise you to try to solve the problem by complying with the conditions.

Most likely, there are five families in your village at this stage, and you were able toprovide them with food, water, and homes. So, if this is the case, search your area for a starter tent and get rid of it. Some residents continue to live in this place despite the availability of empty and comfortable houses. Remove the tent and wait a couple of days for the family to settle in the house, and by realizing that this is a much more convenient place for life, they increase your Approval Rating to 50%.
If this does not help, you should build a Marketplace, Church, Well, and Storage. Place Meat and Berries on Marketplace shelves, take care of chicken coops, construct more buildingsavailable at this stage, or simply increase firewood in stock. These factors are less likely to affect your progress than having a tent on your territory, but all of these things can still be the cause of your problems.
If you have done everything described above but still have not moved from 48%, rest assured, this is an in-game bug. You should relaunch the game and wait a few more days. But if this doesn’t help, the only solution is to start a new game. Yes, this can be disappointing for those who have invested a lot of effort into their current settlement, but unfortunately, the game is not perfect, and if you get into a dead spot, the best thing you’re able to do is start over.
