Super Uranium, commonly referred to as pink samples, is the rarest of all three types of samples inHelldivers 2. They are needed to unlock the most expensive andbest Ship Modulesin the game for massive upgrades and bonus effects.
Compared to the common (green) and rare (orange) samples, the rarer (pink) samples are the hardest to find inHelldivers 2. They only appear in a single location, which requires a bit of luck on your part. Encountering Super Uranium during missions is not as easy asfarming the other samplesin the game.
Where to Find Pink Super Samples in Helldivers 2?
Super Uranium samples can only be found inlevel 7 difficulty missions or higheron allTerminid and Automaton planets. They are guaranteed to spawn around a unique point of interest that will not appear on the map. Unlike the green and orange samples, you will not find pink samples by just completing missions or clearing nests and factories inHelldivers 2.
What you need to do is explore the map to find a largetrophy or egg-shaped rock formationas shown in the image below. There will always betwo or three pink samplesaround this unique structure forHelldivers 2players to loot.
Something important to note here is that these hive-like structures can also be found on lower-difficulty missions. However, they will not have any Super Uranium samples. Furthermore, each high-level mission will always have only one of these rocks. So, if you want to farm pink samples inHelldivers 2, the best way would be to split up tohave all four players in a squadexploring the four corners of the map.
Tips to Help You Find the Super Uranium Rock
When you do manage to get hold of some pink samples, protect them with your life. They are incredibly rare, so make sure to extract with them. If you die and drop all of your samples, aim to pick them up again. If you have done your main objective, ignore the optional objectives tofarm more Medalsand extract.
