Beginning inSeason 2ofDiablo 4, gamers got to fight the Echo of Duriel as a new endgame boss. This boss drops a unique mount and some of the game’s most powerful items - Mythic Uniques - but isn’t easy to summon or defeat.

First, players must collect several rare materials to unlock the fight with this boss. Then, placing the materials on a specific altar will begin one of the game’s most difficult boss fights, as Duriel spawns at a level of either 100 or 200, depending on whether the spawn was Tormented. Coming prepared for this encounter is key to avoiding wasting materials.
