How To Get The Gyr Abanian Plait Hairstyle
For fans of big hair and braids, it’s hard to go wrong with the Gyr Abanian Plait hairstyle. For those more invested inthe lore ofFinal Fantasy 14, it is a hairstyle that braids hair in the traditional Ala Mhigan fashion and was popular until the imperial invasion.
However, acquiring this hairstyle now is a bit tricky. The hairstyle was initially available during the Moogle Treasure Festival in 2021, called “The Hunt for Pageantry.” The event ran from May 2021 until June 2021. Adventurers were encouraged to run specific dungeons and raids to collect Irregular tomestones of pageantry. Players could then turn in these tomestones for various rewards. The Gyr Abanian Plait hairstyle was a random drop from the Silver-haloed Sack in Heaven-on-High. Much to the consternation of players, it had an abysmally low drop rate.
For those that didn’t unlock the hairstyle when the event ran,the market board is now the only placeit can be acquired. But, due to the initial low drop rate and the event having since expired, prices for this particular hairstyle are high. Prices are around 500,000 gil on the low end and into the millions on the high-end.
How To Use The Gyr Abanian Plait Hairstyle
Applying the new hairstyle can be done in two simple steps. First, players must use theModern-Aesthetics - Gyr Abanian Plaitin their inventory to add the hairstyle to their available options. Then, they mustsummon the Aesthetician in an inn room from the summoning bell. The visitwill cost 2,000 giland can be performed in any major city. Like many of the Modern Aesthetics hairstyles, the Gyr Abanian Plait isn’t available for Viera or Hrothgar.
