Summary

TheGrand Theft Autofranchise has always featured many parody corporations, and this is one of the key ways in which Rockstar can insert their brand of satirical humor into their games. From fast food restaurants and social media companies to transnational delivery services andautomotive manufacturers, Rockstar’s creativity when it comes to twisting the iconography of existing real-world brands seems to have no limits.

In addition to some beloved classics that have reappeared in prior entries, some hidden gems could also make a surprise return, with many brands also having potential gameplay and story implications. While it seems a near certainty that Rockstar will add a host of new brands in keeping with the times, many fans would welcome the return of some franchise classicsfor nostalgia’s sake, at the very least.

GTA 6 Brands To See Return Cobra Marital Arts Gym

The purposefully misspelled Cobra “Marital” Arts Gym wasa location players could visitin the city of San Fierro inGrand Theft Auto: San Andreas. While this gym was special in the sense that players could learn and practice martial arts here, it is more the feature of gyms and physical transformation that would be a welcome addition toGTA 6.

The prospect of using exercise to transform the player’s skillset and attributes is certainly appealing and would be even further enhanced if players were able to learn varied styles of martial arts, with specific melee animations associated with each one.

GTA 6 Brands To See Return Inside Track Betting

2Inside Track

Mini-Games Such As Betting Provide Additional Hours Of Entertainment

While the Inside Track betting brand may not be entirely memorable, the activity of betting on horse races inGrand Theft Auto: San Andreasis sure to conjure fond memories for many players. As well as providing an excellent mini-game, the betting shop was a great way for players to both spend andaccumulate vast sums of money, regardless of their progression in the main story.

Whether it’s horse racing or other sports, it would be great to see some form of this entertainment returning, and forms of in-game betting can provide players with something to do once they have amassed large sums of wealth and acquired their fill of material property.

GTA 6 Brands To See Return Adios Airlines

ThoughGTA 6’s setting of Vice City has been confirmed, it remains to be seen whether additional locations might be added, either as DLC or part of the main game. MostGTAgames in the past have featured airports in one form or another, and the popular Latin-American airline brand “Adios Airlines” could very well play a central role inGTA 6.

The ability to travel between various locations, including portions of Mexico, San Andreas, or Liberty City would be a welcome addition and would offer the chance forvarious easter eggsand bonus content to be added. At the very least, it seems almost certain that players will get the chance to pilot a variety of aircraft and explore a large map of Vice City and its surrounding areas.

GTA 6 Brands To See Return Burger Shot

First introduced in the originalGrand Theft Auto: Vice City, Burger Shot is a spoof of the fast food chain Burger King and centers around a theme of gore and marksmanship. In addition to the restaurants themselves, the television and radio adverts have been consistently hilarious, and content of this type would surely be appreciated by fans of the series if it features inGTA 6.

Much in the way that gyms could improve the physical attributes and appearance of the player character in some previous games, it has also been possible to do the opposite via the excessive consumption of fast food. Given Rockstar’s history of parody when it comes to these food brands, it seems very likely that Burger Shot will make another appearance when players return to Vice City.

GTA 6 Brands To See Return Sprunk

Along with Honkers, Cluckin Bell, Burger Shot, and Weazel News, Sprunk represents one of the now-classic brands players expect to see in aGrand Theft Autotitle. Whether or not Rockstar will reuse these brands or invent new ones remains to be seen, but even a cursory mention is sure to produce a smirk fromlong-time fans of the series.

6Cluckin Bell

This Chicken Shop Is A Grand Theft Auto Cultural Staple

First appearing inGrand Theft Auto: San Andreas,Cluckin Bell is one of the most recognizable brands within theGTAuniverse and features its fair share of hilarious commercials and design choices. Based on a combination of KFC and Taco Bell, Cluckin Bell provides a lengthy menu of jokes and memories for long-time players of the series.

As well as being a classic brand within the series, Cluckin Bell locations are often made for excellent mission settings and siege locations for standoffs with police. InGTA: San Andreas, players were even able to choose from a variety of different dishes, each of which had differing implications for their health.

GTA 6 Brands To See Return Cluckin Bell

Dating back toGrand Theft Auto 3, Ammu-Nation is one of the major weapons retailers in theGrand Theft Autouniverse and has featured heavily in almost every title since. As well as providing a convenient location to purchasehigh-powered armaments, Ammu-Nation also has a comically exaggerated sense of libertarian spirit.

The store previously featured in multiple locations throughout Vice City, and it seems that this brand is one of the more likely to make a return - unless, for the purposes of the narrative, the stores have been banned, as was the case inGrand Theft Auto 4.
