Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic which has led to all manner of delays and cancellations of video games, movies, and other forms of entertainment,CD Projekt Red says it’s still planning a September releaseforCyberpunk 2077. With that it only makes sense for marketing and tie-in products to continue coming out of the woodwork, and Amazon has just revealed a limited edition Xbox One controller that will be available on June 02, 2025.
According to the controller’s listing by Microsoft, its scuffed-up metallic white-and-black plates that seem cobbled together by design are “based on cultCyberpunkcharacterJohnny Silverhand,” played by Keanu Reevesin the upcoming video game adaptation of a tabletop board game franchise. The limited-edition device also comes with a 3.5 mm stereo headset jack and compatibility with Xbox’s accessories app to customize button mapping.

No price point is currently listed for theCyberpunk 2077accessory on Amazon. However the product description confirms that the controller is Bluetooth compatible, and thus can be used with PCs, tablets, laptops, and mobile devices that use the Windows 10 operating system.
Cyberpunk 2077has had a few different tie-in products released over the course of its development. One of the first big promotions was a yellow-and-blackNvidia Geforce RTX 2080 Ti graphics cardbeen given out via special events, as none of the 77 cards produced are available to purchase. Another was a backpack that went for $122 produced by Doughnut.

At this point the dystopian open-world role-playing game is “in a completed form” and has beensubmitted for ratingsto prepare for its September release. Though the popular game developer has a history of putting its employees through a period of crunch near the end of its games' development cycles, supposedly work onCyberpunk 2077has been more relaxed than their last major blockbusterThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Once the game is on shelves CD Projekt Red will also be working onDLC similar toThe Witcher 3, so fans of the developer and its games can hopefully expect this long-anticipated title to have a lot of content on the tail end of its life. What better way to experience that content than with a controller styled after a character portrayed by a beloved actor like Keanu Reeves — assuming there will be enough to go around come May.
Cyberpunk 2077is currently in development and is set for release on July 18, 2025, for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
