Unless Capcom has a swerve in store for fans, this means that the rumoredResident EvilSwitch game is highly unlikely to meet its leaked 2021 release window. Not only that, but it seems as though the game won’t be releasing within the first few months of 2022 either. Assuming the leakedResident EvilSwitch game even exists, fans shouldn’t expect to play it until April 2022 or later in the year.
TheResident EvilSwitch game has been mentioned by multiple reputable leakers, so it seems like just a matter of time before it’s officially revealed. Some had expected theResident EvilSwitch game to have been announced already, and others still believed that the game was going to be out by the end of the year as part of theResident Evil25th anniversary celebrations. Whatever the case may be, it seems Capcom has decided to keep a lid on it for now.
But just because theResident EvilSwitch gameapparently won’t be out within the next six months, that doesn’t mean that fans won’t get to see it in action soon. AResident EvilSwitch game reveal could happen anytime, even if the game itself is not due out until later in 2022.
As for what theResident EvilSwitch game will entail, that remains to be seen, but the leaks suggest that the game will be set at a college campus withRebecca Chambersas the main playable character. HopefullyResident Evilfans don’t have to wait too much longer to find out if there’s any truth to the leaks or not.
