One Piece Episode 1113 was primarily focused on Hachinosu, the territory of the Blackbeard Pirates. Perona kicked off the episode in style as she stole the keys from the prison guards. Her next course of action was freeing Koby and using him to free Gecko Moria. Perona’s request did put Koby in a moral conundrum, but he decided to go along eventually.
After regaining his freedom, Koby helped the other slaves on the island. When the pirates found out about the escape, they rallied to find and capture them. Knowing that the other slaves would be in danger, Koby decided to act as bait to lure away the pirates. After running away for a while, Koby finally found a place to hide. He knew that he was in trouble, but much to his surprise, he heard a report about abattleship near Hachinosu. There were several Marines on the ship, but the one who stole the spotlight was Monkey D. Garp.

Rescuing His Student
When Garp learned about Koby’s kidnapping, he decided to go to Hachinosu to rescue his protégé.The Vice Admiral knewthat the Marines wouldn’t rescue Koby because he was a member of SWORD. So, someone had to do it on their own accord. Luckily for Koby, it was Garp who was ready to enter a Yonko’s territory to save his pupil.

The Vice Admiral was accompanied by other Marines, including Prince Grus, Kujaku, Tashigi, and Helmeppo. Fans didn’t get the opportunity to see all the characters in action in Episode 1113, but that will change in the next one. While it will be interesting to see the other characters, most fans will be waiting to see what Monkey D. Garp can do.

The Strongest Marine Of All Time
Monkey D. Garp is a legendary Marine who has served the organization for decades. Every Marine looks up to him, hoping to replicate his accomplishments. If they achieve even half of what he did, they will become renowned throughout the world. Garp is the only known Marine who fought Roger and managed to corner him, which earned him the praise of the Pirate King. Aside from his fierce rivalry with Gol D. Roger, Garp was involved in the God Valley incident, where he protected the Celestial Dragons from the Rocks Pirates. Garp’s role in the God Valley incident made him famous around the world. It also led to the coining of the epithet “Hero of the Marines.”
Monkey D. Garp does not have a Devil Fruit, but it doesn’t bother him,as his Haki is superiorto that of mostOne Piececharacters. Garp combines Haki and physical strength to create attacks that can obliterate mountains. Naturally, if such an attack were to make contact with a regular person, they would be eradicated. A good example of Garp’s strength is his victory over Don Chinjao, a pirate with a bounty of 500 million berries. Chinjao’s greatest asset was his head, which was shaped like a drill. He could use it to split a thick sheet of ice with ease. When Garp and Chinjao came face-to-face, the Marine was able to bend the pointy head with a single punch.
Even in his old age, Garp was confident enough that he could beat Admiral Akainu, and he would have done so if Sengoku had not stopped him. But these are small demonstrations. Fans still haven’t seen Garp go all-out in a fight. However, that will change in Episode 1114.
Tested To The Limit
Garp Will Face The Titanic Captains
In Episode 1114, Garp will likely clash with the Ten Titanic Captainsof the Blackbeard Pirates. So far, Avalo Pizarro, Shiryu, Vasco Shot, and Sanjuan Wolf have been confirmed to be on the island. All four of them are equipped with potent Devil Fruits that could change the tide of the battle in their favor. Avalo Pizarro can control the entire island of Hachinosu, which means the power of his attacks is off the charts. Shiryu ate the Suke Suke no Mi, allowing him to turn invisible. Vasco Shot has the Gabu Gabu no Mi, but it is unclear what it can do. Finally, Sanjuan Wolf has the Deka Deka no Mi, with which he can alter his size. It is also worth noting that all four were imprisoned inside Impel Down.
Considering their respective feats, Garp would be the clear winner. But the Blackbeard Pirates will not play fair. They will try every trick in the book to overwhelm Garp and beat him with their numerical advantage. While Garp has brought some backup with him, it is unclear if they can make a difference against the Titanic Captains. There is also a possibility that there are moremembers of the Blackbeard Pirateson the island. This could potentially shift the momentum in the favor of the pirates, and the Marines will have to try hard to get out alive of Hachinosu.
