Overwatch 2Season 7 leaks have been making the rounds online that seems to confirm a new Control map for the game called Tupua. Tupua will apparently be a Samoan map, which has led fans to believe thatlong-rumored Tank hero Maugacould finally be getting added to the game, though he is not actually mentioned anywhere in the leak. The leaked images also show Mythic Onryo Hanzo, Ghost Bride Widowmaker, and Victorian Doll Echo skins, all of which would fit in perfectly with the upcoming Halloween season. The leaked images also point to aDiablo 4crossover event featuring Lilith in some capacity, but there aren’t many details available beyond that. Of course,Overwatch 2fans should take this leak with a grain of salt and wait until Blizzard makes its official announcement.

While it’s possible the leaks are fake, none of this is too outlandish forOverwatch 2Season 7. Since Season 7 will coincide with theannual Halloween Terror event, it makes sense that the new season will feature skins like the ones that have been leaked. As far as the Samoa-based Tupua map and the potential for Mauga to be the new Tank hero, Mauga has been rumored forOverwatch 2ever since he was first introduced in the Baptiste short story, and so it’s easy to believe Blizzard is finally ramping up plans to add him to the game proper. However, it should be stressed that Mauga was nowhere to be seen in the leaked images and just because a Samoan map is potentially coming to the game, it doesn’t mean he will be.

WithOverwatch 2Season 6 nearly at an end, official details about what Season 7 will entail should be right around the corner. HopefullyOverwatch 2fans don’t have to wait long to learn if there’s any legitimacy to these leaks or not.
