Elizabeth Requests act as side quests inPersona 3 Reloadthat players can choose to complete if they want. These requests don’t carry any weight beyond giving the players additional items and additional scenes with Elizabeth but are well worth the effort to obtain.
There are over100 Requestsfor players to complete with more being unlocked every few weeks of in-game time. Many requests will also be locked behind the completion of earlier requests, making it important to stay on top of completing them should players want to finish them all. Some requests will have players exploring the world during the day to find random items Elizabeth wants to see and such is the case in Request 20.

Where To Get Potent Medicine (Request 20)
Potent Medicine can be found any day that the player has access to school and therefore can’t be completed on Sundays or Holiday breaks. After accepting the request head to the left hallway of thefirst floor of school to the Nurse’s Office which is the third door on the left.Approaching and interacting with the door will have players remember Elizabeth’s Request and go in to get the medicine from Mr. Edogawa.
This is the same medicine players can get by visiting the Nurse’s Office the day after a trip to Tartarus. Going to get this medicine on those days not as part of this request will give players a freepoint of Couragewithout passing time. When trying to complete this request, players can go to the Nurse’s Office even if it’s not after a trip to Tartarusand Edogawa will still give the player the Potent Medicine but without the free Courage point.

Rewards For Request 20
Returning the Potent Medicine to Elizabeth will complete the request and reward players with the Steel Pipe which is a weapon for the protagonist along with unlocking a new request to complete. While this stat line isn’t the best, it does have ahigh chance to confuse enemies hit by it.Inflicting enemies with confusion can lead them to lose a turn, throw away money, or throw away an item.
Mostmajor bossesin the game are resistant to confusionbut this weapon is still very useful in dealing with random encounters. Enemies already drop items when defeated but items thrown away from confusion don’t change the drops from a battle and instead add to it while also oftentimes being better items than that enemy normally drops.
