The celebration statement comes courtesy of thePokemonTwitter account. According to its tweet, the celebration will start next year, and fans should stay tuned for additional details. The original announcement was made during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade when a troupe of Pikachu performed a dance to the original Pokemon theme song, unveiling the logo for the 25th anniversary.
