Despite being over a decade old at this point, the open world ofSkyrimis still impressive. One reason for the success of this world is the many creatures that can be discovered while exploring it. While a number ofterrifying beasts can be found inSkyrim, gamers should not underestimate the strength of some of its smaller residents, such as bees.
Bees are one of theinsects found in the world ofSkyrim. These yellow invertebrates are seen in many areas, but they are most common around bee hives. In addition to occupying the world in which gamers explore, bees can be used in several potions. Recently, one player discovered that despite their diminutive size, these insects could be quite strong.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as Samhock95 shared a video from their recent time playingSkyrim. In the clip, the Reddit user watched a bee near a well. While bees are a common sight in thewilderness ofSkyrim, this particular clip featuring the insect stood out as the player caught it performing an unusual action.
The video started with Samhock95 preparing to grab a bucket near a well inSkyrim. However, a bee suddenly appeared on the screen and moved towards the object. Unexpectedly, the tiny bee collided with the much larger bucket, causing the item to fall from the side of the well and onto the ground. The bee then continued on its way, seemingly unphased by the collision with the much larger object. After witnessing the unusual situation in-game, Samhock95 wrote, “Skyrimbees are something else!” when posting the clip to Reddit.
Since Samhock95 posted this bee video to Reddit, it has created quite the buzz among members of theSkyrimcommunity. In less than a day, the post has accumulated over 720 upvotes, with a number of gamers commenting on the odd situation that unfolded in Samhock95’s video. Among the comments, many made jokes about the strength of the insect, with one fan known as ShatterCyst remarking that “Horse Power «« Bee Power.” Furthermore, some pointed out that abee was responsible for a glitch at the beginning ofSkyrimthat the developers discovered while making the game that caused a cart to spin out of control.
Surprisingly, this is not the first time a player has encountered a bee moving an object much larger than it. In fact, another player previously had captured a video of aSkyrimbee carrying a bucketas it flew through the air. It will be interesting to see what other acts of super strength players witness bees accomplishing in the world ofSkyrimin the weeks ahead.
