Between the many Factions inZenless Zone Zero, there’s a group called Hollow Special Operations Section 6, often referred to as H.S.O.S.6, or simply Section 6. This organization is the front line of the Hollow disasters, andconsists of strong individuals with a high aptitude for Ether. Among its members is the Ice-Support Agent, Soukaku.
Soukaku is anexcellent unit to bring in an Ice team, but thanks to her plain ATK buff, she also works well with any character that needs ATK. However, to maximize the Glutton’s buff, players must ensureSoukaku build inZZZis stacked with sufficient ATK stats.
Soukaku Skills, Explained - Zenless Zone Zero
Soukaku is asupport character inZenless Zone Zerothat can grant up to 500 ATK buff for 22s. When Soukaku launchesFly the Flag, she gives up to 500 ATK, but if she consumes Vortex stack during Fly the Flag, it doubles to1000.
At first, Fly the Flag is only applied to herself, but when you switch characters via Quick Assist or Chain Attacks triggered by Fly the Flag, the buff will be transferred to the next character, and the duration will be refreshed.Fly the Flag will always trigger Quick Assist, so players can easily transfer it. However, since the buff only moves to the next character,the Agent that you wish to buff must be placed after Soukaku.
Soukaku also perform Fly the Flag when you use her Ultimate or Chain Attack.
If you want tobuff another Agent, then Soukaku has to perform another Fly the Flag when there’s an opportunity to trigger Chain Attack. When Chain Attack triggers, players can then choose the other Agent to buff.
You canuse Fly the Flag by either holding her Special Attackorholding (EX) Special Attackaftertapping EX Special Attack. You’ll know the move when Soukaku stabs her weapon to the ground, making it look like a flag. If the buff is successfully triggered,you’re able to see it on the top-left side of the screen, under Soukaku’s Energy bar.
If Soukaku has three stacks of Vortex, they’ll all be consumed when she does Fly the Flag. Soukaku will then enter the Frosted Banner state, in which she deals large Ice DMG for 45s or 6 hits. Consuming Vortex alsoincreases the team’s Ice DMG by 20%ifher teammate has the same Attribute or Faction.

Soukaku Best W-Engine In ZZZ - Zenless Zone Zero
The most ideal weapon for Soukaku build inZZZisBashful Demon. It gives ATK sub-stat, which makes it easy to reach 2500 ATK; Ice DMG for Soukaku’s personal DPS; and a team-wide ATK buff when she uses her EX Special Attack. If somehow players haveWeeping Cradlebut not Bashful Demon, the S-Rankweapon is also good for its higher Base ATK and DMGaddition from allies to a target that Soukaku hits.
For B-Rank options,[Reverb] Mark I,II, andIIIare all viable.[Reverb] Mark IIis most favorable since its sub-stat is ATK%, but[Reverb] Mark Imay be more useful if players are playing with Lycaon. Finally,[Reverb] Mark IIIcomes with HP advanced stat, but its passive is probably the most useful out of the three.
Soukaku Best Drive Discs In ZZZ - Zenless Zone Zero
The best Drive Discs for Soukaku build inZenless Zone Zerois4pc Swing Jazz. Although 4pc Hormone Punk looks like easy access to 2500 ATK, the buffs Soukaku gains inside battle won’t count in the 20% ATK buff of her Core Passive, which meansyou need to ensure her ATK is at least 2500 before entering battle. Fortunately, this can easily be done by using ATK% weapon andone ATK main-stat Drive Disc.
you may use ATK% on either 4, 5, or 6 slots, leaving the rest of the slots free for other stats such as Crit Rate, Crit DMG, Anomaly Proficiency, Ice DMG Bonus, and Energy Regen.

When Soukaku triggers Core Passive: Blade Banner or Additional Ability: Group Set Meal, the buff duration is increased by 8s.

When Soukaku’s Basic Attack, Dash Attack, Dodge Counter, or Quick Assist hits an enemy, there’s a 15% chance she gains 1 stack of Vortex, triggering up to once per second. When Vortex reaches max stacks, any additional stacks grant Soukaku 1.2 Energy instead.
