Funko’s newly announced line ofMarvel’s Spider-Man 2Pops includes Miles Morales’s infamous Evolved Suit from the end of the game. Just like Insomniac’s previous Marvel offerings,Spider-Man 2gives fans a collection of alternate attires for its two web-slinging protagonists, many of which were pulled directly from the variousSpider-Mancomics, cartoons, and films. Others were created exclusively for the game, such as the “Evolved” costume that Miles dons duringSpider-Man2’s Symbiote-centric third act.
As its name implies, the Evolved Suit represents Miles coming into his own as a superhero, with Insomniac later stating that he will be the main Spider-Man in the series going forward. However, fans were less than thrilled at theEvolved Suit’s radically different color schemeand open-hair mask, which they argue is a poor choice for someone who is trying to conceal their identity. Some players have tried their hand at redesigning theSpider-Man 2Evolved Suit to better fit Miles, but much of the fanbase is hoping that the young web-slinger switches back to his old threads whenSpider-Man 3rolls around.
In the meantime, Funko has just announced its line ofMarvel’s Spider-Man 2Pop figures, including one of Miles’s Evolved Suit. Pictures of the new Pop can be seen on the official Funko Pop News Twitter account, showing an accurate depiction of thecontroversialSpider-Man 2costumein the usual Funko Pop style. This includes Miles’s hair sticking out of the Evolved Suit’s mask, the glowing blue spider leg-like streaks running along the arms and chest, and even its divisive Adias-branded sneakers.

The Evolved Suit Miles Morales is just one of the newMarvel’s Spider-Man 2Funko Pops. Peter’s black Symbiote costume is also being released as an exclusive on the Funko Website, and Entertainment Earth customers will be able to get a limited-edition Pop based on theVelocity suit from the firstMarvel’s Spider-Manand its tie-inSpider-Man: Velocitycomic. Earlier this week, Pops of Peter and Miles’s standardSpider-Man 2looks were revealed, as well as figures of Venom and Kraven the Hunter.
Most Funko Pop fans probably didn’t expect to seeMiles’s now-infamous Evolved Suitamong the newly announcedSpider-Man 2collection given the mixed reaction it has gotten, but now GameStop customers will be able to decorate their desks with the Miles Morales original that helped fend off a Symbiote invasion. TheMarvel’s Spider-Man 2exclusive Funko Pops are now available to pre-order, while the rest of the line will launch sometime later this year.
