To get to Neon inStarfield, players musttravel to the Volii system that sits to the right of Alpha Centauri, just past the Olympus System.Neon is a city located on the planet Volii Alphain the Volii system. Even though the journey consumes a lot of fuel, players can jump straight to the Volii system from locations in Alpha Centauri, such as Jemison.
