After the massive success of the charity event during Breaking the Bank Quest inStarfield, players who work as double agents are yet again thrown into another mission to find the missing pieces in Delgado’s plan.
The Best There Is Questis one of the many Crimson Fleet’s Side Quests, and it comes right after Breaking the Bank inStarfield. Protagonists are sent to infiltrate a lab to find out more about a prototype device called the ComSpike.

The Best There Is Walkthrough In Starfield
The first few steps in The Best There Is Side Quest are very clear and manageable. After giving a report to Naeva and Delgado at the end of Breaking the Bank, speak with Naeva alongside the Ship Technician Jasmine. She tells players to findHuan Daiyuin The Well as it’s the only way to enter the SY-920.
Travel toThe Well inStarfieldand follow the Quest marker to find Huan, then speak with her. After agreeing on a plan, head toJade Swanto travel alongside Huan’s crew to the SY-920.
How To Gain Access To The Barracks In Starfield
Upon gaining access to the SY-920, head downstairs, use the intercom, and speak with Huan so she can explain the plan again;Find a way through the barracks and get a uniform to blend in. The door is locked, sopeople may try to lock pick itor speak with Elijah. After hearing a couple of guards talking about him, head to the distraught man to find out he lost his Key. A simple way to retrieve it is by asking the guard to speak with Elijah, which is a lie, and quickly grab the Key after he moves.
Use it to enter the tunnels and go out from one of the marked exits. It’s recommended to go out from the one leading to the bathroom by climbing a slope as it’s safer than the others.
Exit the toilet and enter the first room on the right to snag anEnsign UniformOutfit from the table inStarfield. Once the Uniform is on, players can walk around freely without risking anyone becoming hostile.
Now, follow the Quest marker to the Command Bay entrance only to be stopped by a Commander.Players need to tell him that they are reporting to the Command Bay for duty to pass.
Where To Find Information On The ComSpike In Starfield
After using the elevator to reach Command Bay, players may either use the tunnels again to reach the Computer containing the information orgo through a lot of steps and Persuasion inStarfieldto reach it. Choose the former since it’s easier and head towards the Utility Room near the Operations Center to find the secret tunnels.
Once players are in the Archives room, open the Data Access Computer and select:
Follow the Quest marker back to the previous location and use the Engineering Bay 4 Elevator.
Should You Betray Huan In Starfield
Speak with Huan again who points players toDr. Vogelat the Research Labs. Before speaking with the Doctor inside the Labs, Save quickly as three choices will be presented when Vogel asks about the ComSpike:

Betraying Huan is not recommended as she’ll become furious, while the fourth is not favored by certain Companions like Barrett andSarah inStarfield. Therefore, the second and third options are the safest, and since players saved before speaking with Vogel, they can load the same save to repeat the Persuasion in case they failed the first time.
With the Keycard and password obtained, head to the nearby lockers and grab aPilot Uniformto avoid suspicion when questioned. Follow one of the Quest markers and use the Computer to schedule a flight test. This way, no one becomes hostile when players startthe Prototype Ship inStarfield.
Set The Key as the Destination and report back to Delgado upon arriving. Next, head to the UC SysDef and report to Commander Ikande, as that’s the life of a double agent.
