One such technique is the Haki, an ability that allows users an array of remarkable feats such as precognitive abilities and a strong will that overpowers the will of others.
There are three types of Haki, each with its unique properties. Busoshoku Haki presents immense power-level increase potential. Though a more common Haki, it presents a clear distinction between those who have mastered it and those who have not. Of the many who wield this form of Haki, here are the most proficient users.

Gol D. Roger became the Pirate King with Haki alone, which goes to show that the ability is more formidable than Devil Fruits. Busoshoku Haki is especially useful because it completely counters the intangibility power of Logia-users. Busoshoku Haki users can harden their bodies to defend themselves from Paramecia and Zoan users. Those with Paramecia Devil Fruits can greatly enhance their attacks with Busoshoku Haki as well. One Piece fans have seen several powerful Busoshoku Haki users, but there are other users who also deserve recognition.
30Vergo
Mastered The Hardening & Imbuement Aspects Of Busoshoku Haki
Vergowas aMarine vice admiralwho led the G-5 base, but this was all an act. In reality, he was a pirate who served Doflamingo. Vergo showed extreme skill with Busoshoku Haki from a very young age, and by the time he was an adult,he mastered both hardening and imbuement.
Vergo could harden his entire body, and in doing so, bothhis offensive and defensive capabilities significantly improved.There was a time whenVergo’s Haki could block the spatial cutting power of Law’s Devil Fruit, which could supposedly cut through anything.
29Pica
Can Use Full-Body Busoshoku Haki To Block Most Attacks
Pica is one of the top three officers ofthe Donquixote Pirates, and he ate a Devil Fruit which allows him to merge with stone. He can also manipulate it. Thanks to this ability, Pica can give himself a very durable body, but hisBusoshoku Haki provides him with far more protection.
Like Vergo, Pica can coat his entire body with Busoshoku Haki, which means that all of his physical attacks deal more damage as well. Under normal circumstances,Pica can block any attack with his Haki, but he can still be injured if someone imbues their weapons with stronger Haki.

Lawis full of surprises and proves himself to be one of themost competent characters in the seriestime and time again. This can be attributed to his tactical way of thinking, but it also has to do with his impressive control over Haki.
Law’s Busoshoku Haki stands as his most well-developed,and he’s made use of it against some pretty notable foes. He made excellent use of its defensive capabilities when he blocked Doflamingo’s Haki-infused string - which was sharp enough to cut through a meteor. He also used his Busoshoku Haki to counter Vice Admiral Smoker’s Logia powers.

As A Yonko Commander, His Busoshoku Haki Is Very Strong
Jackis a giant grouper fish-man, and he possessesthe Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth- which allows him to transform into a mammoth and human-mammoth hybrid. He led the group of Beast Pirates that attacked Zou, and he was the one who destroyed much ofthe Mokomo Dukedom.
Jack can useboth Busoshoku Haki and Kenbunshoku Haki,but he has never used either of them during combat. He prefers to rely on his Devil Fruit, which is understandable considering its defensive and destructive capabilities. Like other Yonko Commanders, Jack’sBusoshoku Haki is naturally strong.

Used Busoshoku Haki To Defend Against Sanji’s Non-Enhanced Haki Attacks
Queen is a talented scientist who augmented his body with cybernetic enhancements. He can also transform into a brachiosaurus or himan-brachiosaurus hybrid because he ate theRyu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus.He can deliver powerful strikes, and he can shoot lasers from his cybernetic components.
Queen is one ofthe All Stars of the Beast Pirates, so the quality of his Busoshoku Haki is quite high.He can use Busoshoku Haki to harden parts of his body, and he can apply it to his hybrid form. Sanji was able to beat Queen after awakening his genetic enhancements, but before that,Queen was able to block Sanji’s attacks with his Busoshoku Haki.
25Doflamingo
His Busoshoku Haki Allowed Him To Withstand Luffy’s Haki-Infused Attacks
Doflamingoruled over Dressrosa as a tyrant for more than a decade. He killed his brother and father and tormented Rebecca’s family. He also contributed to the suffering of Wano’s people, which means thathe is completely irredeemable. He happens to be one of the few individuals who can useall three types of Haki.
Doflamingo cancreate and manipulate string with the Ito Ito no Mi, and he can use it in conjunction with his Busoshoku Haki.This is why he was able to slice through Smoker,a Logia user.He could harden his body to the point that he could resist Luffy’s Jet Gatling. His own Haki-enhanced punch was strong enough to injure Luffy and send him flying.
24Boa Hancock
She Can Use Busoshoku Haki To Cut Through Defenses
Boa Hancock boasts many talents, with hercontrol of Busoshoku Hakistanding asjust one of her impressive abilities. Hancock’s Mero Mero no Mi makes her an incredibly difficult foe to take on and her use of Haki ensures that she’s more than just a one-trick pony.
Her battle against Smoker in Chapter 559 put her abilities on full display. Smoker’s Logia ability makes him a difficult enemy to engage in combat. Just the Devil Fruit power alone probably wouldn’t have cut it.With the help of her Busoshoku Haki, Boa is able to cut through his typically impervious defenses.

He Used Busoshoku Haki To Defeat One Of The Commanders Of The Blackbeard Pirates
Sabo is the chief of staff of the Revolutionary Army, andhe is the older adopted brother of both Luffy and Ace.He went to Dressrosa to claim the power of Ace’s Mera Mera no Mi, and with it, he can now create and transform into fire.Sabo has great mastery overBusoshoku Haki,and he uses it to harden his arms and metal pipe.
Sabo cancombine hisBusoshoku Haki with his specialized Ryusoken fighting style.He used this combination to destroy the Corrida Colosseum’s fighting ring. Jesus Burgess is one of the Titanic Captains of the Blackbeard Pirates, andSabo used his Busoshoku Haki to break Jesus' Haki-imbued right arm armor.

His Busoshoku Haki Can Destroy Large Pieces Of An Island
Koby’s life-long dream is to become a strong and just Marine. He was trained byVice Admiral Garp, a legendary Marine who fought some of the strongest and most notorious pirates in history. Koby is now considered a hero because he saved civilians during the Rocky Port incident on Pirate Island.
Thanks to Garp’s training,Koby has become an extremely skilled Busoshoku Haki user.While escaping Pirate Island, an exhausted Koby hardened his fist and punched Avalo Pizarro’s gigantic hand. During the exchange, Koby showed thathe is capable of emitting Busoshoku Haki without a medium. The attack was strong enough to destroy Pizarro’s hand, which was the size of a small mountain.

Was Able To Cut Through Luffy’s Haki-Infused Arm With His Own Busoshoku Haki
Charlotte Cracker is one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, and he governs over Biscuit Island.He ate the Bisu Bisu no Mi- a Paramecia that gives him the power to create and manipulate biscuits. He typically uses this power to create biscuit soldiers and armor that are both incredibly durable.
Cracker’s Busoshoku Haki is considered to be quite powerful, and he typically uses itto harden his biscuit armor and sword.He is a master swordsman - which means that he can do serious damage with his hardened blade. Cracker was ableto cut halfway through Luffy’s Haki-imbued arm while he was using Gear 4, which is something that even Doflamingo could not do with his razor-sharp Haki-imbued strings.
