How to Kill the Security Robot in The Callisto Protocol
The Security Robot during Chapter 3: Aftermath is strong and incredibly difficult to take down. Players can empty entire clips, which will hardly make a difference against the Security Robot. What’s worse is that the game does not provide any solution or assistance for players to eliminate the Security Robot.
Sinceplayers do not start with any weapons initially, defeating Security Robots may seem like a faraway dream. During the first encounter against a Security Robot, players will not be able to do any significant damage unless they specifically target the red eye on the robot. The Security Robot’s red eye is the only weak spot that players can exploit.
An encounter with any Security Robot will be anxiety-inducing because they can kill the player with a single attack. Since there is this risk of being killed instantly, players cannot resort to using weapons like Skunk and Riot Gun because they are most effective at close range.
