The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Meis an interactive horror game. Inspired by the slasher genre, the game follows a crew of documentary filmmakers who have been trapped by an H.H. Holmes-style killer. Their survival depends on the difficult decisions they make along the way.
The Devil in Mehas several interesting achievements, such as Say Cheese, which is unlocked when players photograph each of the game’s protagonists. The achievement requires the Curator’s Cut DLC.

How to Take Photographs in The Devil in Me
Photography is a feature throughoutThe Devil in Me.Players can take photos of the film crewby finding photography opportunities; these appear throughout the game, and players can locate them by playing as Mark. His camera’s display will flash green when he encounters one, indicating that it’s a good time to take a photo. Just make sure Mark holds onto his camera – players won’t be able to take any pictures without it.
Where to Find All of Mark’s Photography Opportunities in The Devil In Me
Charlie
Charlie’s photo opportunity comes in the chapter Lighthouse. Lighthouse starts as Mark and Charlie reunite with Erin, who then accuses Charlie of working with the killer. Charlie denies this, and Mark has to decide whether to trust him. Players should opt to trust him. If they do, Charlie follows Mark up to the lighthouse. Players will be able to snap a photo of him along the way.
Players can also take Charlie’s photo in Opportunity. The chapter follows Mark as he tries to find a good place to film. He finds one when the crew gathers on the dock. This is a good option if Mark decides to side with Erin, but it does require the Curator’s Cut DLC to unlock.
Erin
Players can also find Erin’s photo opportunity in the chapter Lighthouse. If Erin and Mark are both still alive, they’ll walk up to the lighthouse along with the rest of the crew. Make sure to have Mark’s camera ready and be prepared to snap a picture along the way.
Kate
Kate can be photographed in the chapter Scouting. Players control Mark as he looks for a spot to photograph Kate and the two deal with the fallout of a recent breakup. Kate walks alongside Mark for much of the chapter, so players will have plenty of opportunities to take a photo. Kate can also be photographed in the chapter Mannequins.She and Mark must both be alive.
Jamie
Players can take Jamie’s photo in the Curator’s Cut version of Opportunity. Players will have the chance to snap a picture of each protagonist (excluding Mark) in this chapter. The best time to do this is when the crew is gathered on the dock. Be sure to take a photo of Jamie here, as it’s not possible to get a picture of her otherwise.
