Likeother Rauru’s Blessing Shrines, Sihajog Shrine offers players a Treasure Chest and a Light of Blessing inside. On the Sky Island it’s found on, though, Link must take part in a skydiving time trial race to gain access at all. Reaching the bottom is enough to open the Shrine, but beating the current record unlocks a unique new piece of armor inTears of the Kingdom.
How To Get To Sihajog Shrine
Sihajog Shrine is found in the Lanayru Great Spring Sky, specificallyabove the Mount Lanayru Skyview Toweratcoordinates (3844, -1331, 0541). This Skyview Tower is the one that reveals the majority of the southeast of Hyrule, including Hateno Village and, of course, the Mount Lanayru region. It’s a handy one to get on the way to the Lanayru Great Spring, or after havingcompleted the Water Temple, as it’s only a relatively short deviation from the main path to Zora’s Domain.
After unlocking, and activating, Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, Link will launch into the sky and get a map of the surrounding area.As soon as he becomes controllable again, start gliding northeast. Players should be able to seea towering series of columns leading up, but we’re aiming for the bottom. Look for what appears to be a small platform with a large pool of water on one end.

Land in the pool of water, thentalk to the Steward Constructthat stands by the water. It will inform Link of askydiving challenge, which must be completed to access Sihajog Shrine.
Sihajog Shrine Walkthrough (Rauru’s Blessing)
Sihajog Shrine is below a place called Valor Island, which Link is sent to after he speaks to the Steward Construct all the way at its base. Technically, players who reach the top of the sky columns before talking to the Construct can still skydive and unlock the Shrine.

But it’s worth taking part in the time trial version of the skydive instead of going there on one’s own, because the Construct teleports Link to the top, and it’s the only way to unlock the headpiece of the Glide set.
Talk to the Steward Construct near the pool below of Valor Island and it will teleport Link to the top, free the first time. From here, a countdown plays, and Link is tasked with flying through all rings on the way down.As long as he is successful, Sihajog Shrine will unlock, no matter how long it takes. It’s a good idea tomake liberal use of the paragliderand avoid full-speed diving during this initial run to secure the Shrine.

Once the Shrine has been revealed, the Steward Construct will tell Link that he can try again – and if he can make it all the way down in less than 35 seconds, he will get a special reward. Using a piece of the Glide armor set can help a lot with shaving off seconds from Link’s skydiving record inTears of the Kingdom, but it’s not necessary. Link gains speed remarkably fast when players hold down the R button to dive faster. If it looks like Link will miss a ring, don’t be afraid to pull the paraglider, re-adjust, then dive again – you won’t lose too much time.

If Link is successful in beating this record, the Steward Construct willreward the Glide Mask, which gives evenbetter control over the player’s movements in mid-air, but only comes with a base 2 defense. It’sa neat-looking mask that resembles an owl or other bird, and is sure to be one thatTears of the Kingdomfashionistas will want to track down.
What’s In The Sihajog Shrine Chest?
After entering Sihajog Shrine, players will see the Shrine chest right in front of them, and the Rauru and Sonia statue just behind. As a Rauru’s Blessing shrine, players only need to complete the skydiving course, as there isn’t a special puzzle inside. In the chest, players will find aDiamond, one of the game’s rarest and most valuable gems. It’sworth a nifty 500 Rupees– and one of thebest items to duplicate inTears of the Kingdombecause of it. The Light of Blessing for Sihajog Shrine is acquired after interacting with the Zonai terminal at the top of the stairs behind.
